DViCO release IceTV Interactive support for TViX PVRs

DViCO, a global leader in the development of digital video products and multimedia players, has today announced official support for IceTV Interactive for their Australian TViX PVR users.

With the release of the much anticipated software update for their TViX PVR range, DViCO have joined the growing list of major PVR brands in Australia, to offer full support of IceTV’s premium electronic program guide (EPG) service and advanced online recording features (IceTV Interactive), for their customers.

To celebrate today’s announcement, and to help TViX customers appreciate the advantages IceTV makes to faultlessly recording their favourite shows on digital TV, IceTV and DViCO have agreed to give both new and existing customers a free 3-month membership to IceTV (valued at $33), for a limited time.

The TViX range is available from selected retailers across Australia.

To access IceTV’s advanced features, DViCO customers just need to simply log in online via the IceTV website or when using IceTV’s mobile phone applications. From there, they can instantly choose from a host of advanced remote recording options, including true series recording and keyword recording capabilities.

Once set, IceTV will continually look for a user’s chosen shows in the upcoming schedule for digital free-to-air TV and automatically instruct their TViX at home, to record everything that matches. Even if their show disappears for 6-months, changes timeslot or switches channels.
