New IceTV (Yahoo) Widget now available.

An updated version of the IceTV Yahoo Widget for Windows users is now available to download.

The new version includes all the new features and enhancements recently made to IceTV Interactive, including;

Advanced Series Recording options;

• Select what Quality you want your shows to be recorded in (e.g. ‘prefer high def’)
• Select which Network you want to record the show from (great for regional users)
• Select ‘first runs only’ to avoid recording repeats you have already seen
• Select which device of yours at home does the recording and when
• Share comments and discuss your favourite shows with other IceTV users & more.

Keyword Recording;

• Set shows to record based on your favourite actor’s name, director’s name or using any general ‘keyword’ you can think of!
• Simply enter a keyword in the ‘search’ field of the IceTV Widget (for example ‘cricket’) and then click on the ‘add a keyword’ button to view and choose between the advanced recording options.
• Then sit back and relax. IceTV will go ahead and make sure your device at home records any show that matches your ‘Keyword’ settings.

Please Note: To run the IceTV Yahoo Widget on your Windows PC, the Yahoo! Widget Engine needs to be installed first! (more information can be found here). You will also need an active IceTV account.

We thank all those existing Yahoo Widget users for remaining patient while our guys finished the necessary development work to bring our IceTV Widget (Yahoo version) up to speed with the rest of our IceTV Interactive applications.
