ONE HD will be officially launched on Thursday 26 March 2009 at 7.30 pm, in time for the Australian F1 Grand Prix and round 1 of the AFL. According to Network Ten, it will be “Australia’s first free-to-air 24-hour sports channel”.

As part of this change, some of the logical channel numbers (LCN) for Network Ten’s stations are altering. LCN 1 will become ONE HD. LCN 12 will become ONE Digital (a standard definition simulcast of ONE HD). Normal Channel Ten programming will continue on channel 10 (LCN 10), but there will no longer be a high definition alternative.

This change may affect some PVRs, Macs and Media Centers. We recommend that all IceTV users rescan their channels immediately to ensure this change is picked up.
