IceTV vs. Nine – IceTV granted appeal to High Court

IceTV was today granted special leave to appeal to the High Court of Australia.

The High Court this morning (26/08/2008) granted IceTV special leave to appeal the decision of the Full Court of the Federal Court which overturned the decision of her Honour Justice Bennett. IceTV is presently acting within the terms of the court’s order and will now move to prepare for the appeal.
